Ho Ho Ho!!!
Few days to Christmas, already plan where to party???
How about throwing one at Merry Guinness party???
Remember my gastronomic experience with Australian Masterchef Adam Liaw?
Yes, you can now enjoy his specially crafted dishes in selected outlets!

Hehe, last week, together with my partners-in-crime, we drove ourselves down town to join this Merry Guinness party at El Meson, a spanish restaurant that is situated in the heart of Bangsar; played host to kick start the Merry Guinness Christmas party! Many thanks to Henry and Hui Ping for the wonderful evening.

Love the refreshing sweet Guinness Reduction dressing. Simply divine!

Main Course: Guinness & Rabbit Stew with Asparagus and Saffron Rice
I couldn’t let go of those carbs! Love the rice with lil crispy edges and was strongly infused by saffron. What’s more?! The sauce/gravy that played a trick to the meat and the rice, of course!

Or pick up another main course: Baked Swordfish with Guinness finishing & Asparagus with Cured Meat

Desserts: Choice of Dessert from the counter with choices such as…

Chocolate Truffle Cake
Christine and I couldn’t stop feeding ourselves with this. Rich velvety choc truffle cake, the saltiness from the cake base brought out the fragrant sweet chocolate flavours from the cake.

Chocolate Banana with Peanut Butter
Dense with thick layer of peanut butter. Yummy! Three of them made a great combination! Not to forget, take a sip of smooth creamy stout to go with this dessert.
