Of course I still love my hot cup of flat white. But sometimes, a little bit a changes makes a big difference on the day.
Doi Chaang Coffee is the world class certified coffee. It is a single-estate, 100% premium Arabica coffee whereby the beans are originated from Chiang Rai, province of Northern Thailand. It is certified organic, shadegrown, handpicked, fresh water washed and sun dried. The beans are then hand sorted and roasted to produce the highest quality of the brews. Doi Chaang Café is relatively small with limited seats. Walk-in patrons normally have their drinks take away. I was glad to get a seat on one quiet afternoon; chilling with a glass of their Signature Iced Coffee (Rm 12.90) and brother had his Iced Mocha (Rm 15.90). Their signature was milky and its distinct flavour was pretty refreshing while the Iced Mocha was bittersweet in flavour. Pair up your cuppa with their homemade desserts. We had the Crumble Peach Cheese Cake (Rm 9.90) and Chocolate Almond Cream Cake (Rm 4.20) on that day; I find that there are rooms for improvement on their desserts.
