Soft Cloud
Located at VERVE SHOP, Mont Kiara, Soft Cloud is the place for this special Japanese pancake, the fuwa fuwa fluffy texture cloud-liked pastry, made of eggs and whipped egg whites to create this fluffy airy-liked pancake.
I once had this type of fuwa fuwa pancake in Gram Pancake and I was totally in love with its texture. Very cloudy-liked, soft and fluffy came jingling all the way from the kitchen. Hah! It was airy and the feeling was like biting through a set of cloud, yet filled with aromatic eggy scent.
So glad to see that KL has its own version now! Soft Cloud’s version is fluffy but slightly denser than the Gram Pancake I had in Japan. And Soft Cloud one is fancier with more variety and accompanied with more sides.
Be patience for this insta-worthy pancake, as they are made to order and takes about 30 minutes to be served.

Finally I am back, here to the Land of The Rising Sun – Japan. This time, I were in Kyushu, the airplane landed me right at Fukuoka Airport, located right in the middle of the city. From here, we accessed to various area in Kyushu conveniently, at our own pace.
As I have been to some of the places in Kyushu such as Aso, Kumamoto, Arita and Nagasaki many years back, this round, I picked up some other places to explore, such as Kashima, Yufuin and Mojiko.
