1. Savour all the great dishes in Nishiki Market 錦市場

Also known as Kyoto’s Kitchen, it is a narrow shopping street lined with hundreds of shops and restaurants. We managed to try a few delicious stuff over here such as Professor Takoyaki, Miki Keiran’s famous dashimaki, Konnamonja tofu doughnuts.

Located at Bukit Baru, opens from 7.30 am to 2.30 pm (except Thursday), BESS Kopitiam has this award winning Nyonya Laksa, awarded by Ministry of Tourism Malaysia for the BEST laksa outlet in 2010. If you would like to avoid the parking ‘heaedache’ and the heavy traffic entering jonker street, this is a good option to have a bowl of nyonya laksa. There are parking spaces in front of the premise.
