Chef Phillipe of 2OX has come up with the weekend brunch that is drenched with sinful yet delicious Raclette cheese. This traditional and popular dish is hail from Savoy, a region of the Alps that crosses the boundaries of France, Italy and Switzerland. It consists of boiled potatoes, covered with melted cheese and loaded with cured meat and pickles on the size. The large wheel of raclette cheese is melted and then scraped off with a scraper and drench it over the yummy treats.
Now in 2OX, you get to enjoy this yummy treat every weekend, at Rm 89++ per pax. There is a selection of cold and hot treats for you to choose from (Grilled toast, baked new potatoes, Potato Dauphinoise, Grilled asparagus, Mixed green leaves, Bay String beans, Turkey ham, Pan rosted beef striploin or Poached egg), heavily drenched with Raclette cheese. Just choose any 4 items from the special menu and either a glass of red wine, white wine or sparkling wine or free flow of soft drinks. By the end of the meal, you will be served with sweet ending – dessert trio of Gateau le Opera, Lemon Madeleine and Macaron.
