Á Paris Bakehouse is leaded by the young pastry duo; JJ Theong is specializing in fluffy bread and pastries and Kai Chang is performing in his delicate cakes, tarts and scones.

Expect yourself to go dilemma in choosing in front of the showcase. There are a lot of varieties at the pastry showcase. Croissants, Pain Au Chocolat, Canelé, Madeleine, Kouign-amann, Chocolate Raspberry Pain Au Suisse, Crème Brulee Bomboloni, Taro German Pudding, colourful fruits Danishes ranging from grapes, mango, oranges, honeydew, strawberries, to blueberries, depending on the day’s supply…. Croissant itself comes in both sweet and savoury such as Almond Croissant for a sweet one and Ham Cheese Croissant and Croissant Sandwich for the savoury. Or go plain like I always do when I can’t figure out which one to pick.
