Mont Blanc (Rm 22)
Chestnut Cremeux, Raspberry and Rose Jelly, Mascarpone Whipped Ganache, Vanilla Sponge and Biscuit
If I have to pick one, this has to be my favourite among all! It is an unusual mont blanc, not something I have come across. Chestnut, raspberry and rose jelly, this combo goes so well all together! It is mellow-y and smooth, elegantly coated with mascarpone whipped ganache and dressed in white snowy yet dreamy cocoa butter coating! Such an elegant piece!
