Out to KLCC with my friends, Eldred and Weng Ho. Eldred was watching on his budget and planned not to take something too pricey. KLCC has not much choice in food. We were choosing either Nippon Tei or Chilis but since Eldred don’t fancy Japanese food, he chose Chilis instead. Okay, we agreed and followed him.
Chilis is always crowded during meal times and there were always lot of foreigners. We could hardly get the seats and had to wait for 10minutes. By time we settled down. It was already 2pm and I was hungry since 11.30am…. ggrrrrroooooo…. My lunch has become lunch-ner (lunch + dinner).

Out of cash and still wanna hang out with friends in cozy, with air condition environment, where we can sit there for few hours… where would that be? Christine is very smart and considerate cz she chose the lowest rate session, K-lunch session at Rm 12++ per person (last Saturaday) at Cheras Neway in Cheras Plaza which is situated opposite Cheras Leisure Mall. We could enjoy free flow of drinks; salad buffet and a set lunch and sing sing and sing for few hours.
I chose the stir fried home SzeChuan vegetarian served with rice. This wasn’t as bad as I expected. The vege and mushroom and the fu pei were well cooked in the little spicy gravy. I can conclude (for so many times I have dined in Neway and Red Box (n Green Box) that food served in Neway is very much better than food in Red Box (n Green Box).
The 2 ‘Gor Wong’. They both kept singing. Well, can’t deny that both can sing very well.
