Entier French Dining @ Alila Bangsar
Birthday celebration turned great this year, thanks to the bffs who planned and celebrated for me. We always wanted to try out Entier last year but didn’t happen. Finally, we managed to make our way over!
Entier French Dining
Located high up on the 41st floor of Alila Bangsar, Entier French Dining is a modern chic yet intimate looking restaurant that offers French fares that is not just classy but also very delicious that will make you reminiscing them over and over again!
Entier means ‘whole’ or ‘entire’ in French; implementing the nose-to-tail culinary concept. With Chef Masashi Horiuchi takes charge in the kitchen, bringing in surprises to diners on the dining tables.
It was early January when we visited Entier French Dining (on a weekday). We tried out their Lunch Menu which is affordably priced and everything dishes were very appealing; garnished in a pretty and fancy way and taste wise, the dishes wowed our heart.

Complimentary House-baked bread and kombu butter
These are really something to die for! The bread was served warm and it was soft and fluffy with crispy crust. How we wished they pack and sell their bread and kombu butter. Yen even munched down more than half of the bread by herself!
Roasted cauliflower soup, Spanish Cecina beef ham, crouton
Seafood soup, cured salmon, cuttle fish, kohlrabi, potato
I had the seafood soup that punched with a spicy kick, you can even add in more chili oil provided if you find it not spicy enough; cauliflower soup was delicious too, creamy and aromatic with the Spanish Cecina beef ham.
Ox tail risotto, ox cheek, crispy honeycomb tripe, egg yolk confit
Handmade semolina pasta, bavette beef ragout, mushroom
Roast spring chicken, sweet corn, Sarawak black pepper sauce.
Herb crust braised lamb belly, grilled baby gem lettuce, watercress jus.
Coconut, banana, jackfruit
70% single-origin Pahang chocolate, chocolate oat crumble, dark cherry, strawberry
Soufflé, 70% single-origin Pahang chocolate.
Please same some space for desserts because the desserts are awesomely good, especially the blackforest and dark chocolate. The soufflé was fluffy and rich with chocolaty taste.
That’s really sweet that Entier and team prepared me this elegant mousse birthday cake! Thank you ladies for celebrating with me!
