Burger & Lobster
First in Asia and has taken up the 3500 square feet space high up on the hill of our land.
Yep, just like what the name says, they are serving two types of dishes over here – that will be Burgers and Lobsters.
The interior and ambience are pretty astonishing. There is one whole wall in this premise is decorated with 104 traditional lobster crates, replicating the one that used in Nova Scotia; old oak and aged ceramic Portuguese tiles; low light interior with the decorative lighting is mellow to set the mood.
Massive giant lobster is available too! Ask the staff for more info if you are interested with The Big Boys.
The Original – grilled (Rm 138 for members; RM 153 for non-member)
The star of the restaurant! The lobster!!!
Burger & Lobster specialises in premium 650 to 700g fresh lobsters from Nova Scotia, Canada, which are delivered weekly to the hilltop in order to guarantee its freshness. You may have it steamed or grilled with clarified butter or the restaurant’s famed lemon and garlic butter. Served with chips and salad. Love this grilled one with lightly charred sweetness, and the juice was locked within each strand of the proteins.
Chilli Lobster (Rm 158 for member; Rm 173 for non-member)
A flavour that the locals familiar with and it is specially curated only for Burger & Lobster Malaysia due to the love of Malaysians towards spicy food! This sour and spicy crab had got my taste buds awake! It had got a kick and ended up with the sourish aftertaste. Remember to clean up the gravy with the help of the toasted brioche. You will never regret for all the calories taken up.
The Original Lobster Roll (Rm 138 for members; RM 153 for non-member)
All their rolls are served chilled in the signature toasted brioche roll, accompanied by chips and salad.
The B&L Burger (Rm 138 for member; Rm 153 for non-member)
Heavily dosed with 168g burger topped with lobster. The burgers here are made purely with 100% Australian beef, with no fillers added in. the patties are served in a custom baked sesame seed brioche bun, topped with beef bacon, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and the restaurant’s own, in-house pickles, and the secret sauce. Take a huge mouthful bite and smash it up to enjoy all the flavours at one go. The burger was very moist and juicy, the lobster was sweet, and the whole combination was very satisfying! Love it!
Time Keeper (Rm 21 for member; Rm 24 for non-member)
Black tea, calamansi lime, kafir lime leaf, palm sugar
Get yourself chilled with this unique drink that is only available in Malaysia outlet. It is a very special and refreshing drink that gains patrons’ attention where it adapts the local takeaway-drink culture.
Other drinks such as grapefruit soda, six pack and ginger soda are equally refreshing too.
