It’s the month of December! Have you started counting down to Christmas? I hope I do not overdose you guys with more Christmas-y things but this is a sharing month, a month that filled with happiness in the air. So, I must share!

Smoking Bishop Mulled Wine
Warm mulled wine to start. It was aromatic, very well spiced and comforting. Feel as though it is Christmas already!
Companied with the soft fluffy Hainanese bun as start!

Breaded Camembert Cheese with Blueberry sauce
Rich camembert cheese breaded perfectly and to go with the sweet and sourish blueberry sauce.
Soup
Cream of Watercress Soup with Lobster Meat
Oh boy, never know watercress can be in western dish! This was pretty on the point. The sweet delicate watercress soup compatible well with the firm bouncy lobster meat.
Mid-Course
Roasted Sliced Whole Turkey
Accompanied with Cranberry Sauce, Stuffed Chestnut and Buttered Vegetables
Main-Course
Baked Honey Glazed Cod Fish
Accompanied with Butter Glazed Asparagus
Ahhhh, had to say this is the star!!! Guess it was everyone’s favourite too as many feedback this cod dish was awesome! The cod fish was thick and nicely done, moist and tender, glazed with a delicious layer of honey soy. Too good!!!
Pudding
Homemade Chocolate Fudge Cake
Served with Crispy Brandy Snaps, Berry Comport and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
This was just too cute to be eaten!!! Rich and chocolaty chocolate fudge cake was a great sweet ending to this dinner.
Just another week to Christmas and I just can’t wait for it!
