Located in this hawker place-liked area behind the post office at Jalan Besar Seri Kembangan is this Kien Kee Restaurant that serves decent Spicy Soup with kampong chicken. This place offers seats in the middle of the square and also in a few lots of small rooms with air condition in. This place is filled up quickly (the air-con rooms) especially during lunch hours whereby the office crowds love coming here for lunch.

Signature Spicy Soup (Rm 22; Rm 11 per portion)
Also known as lat thong 辣汤 in Chinese.
The soup came filled up with ingredients such as smooth kampong chicken, pork belly, liver, intestines and stomach. Ahhh, love the peppery hot soup that dosed in with crushed peppercorn. It was so peppery, soupy and loaded with spicy kick.

“Fah Tiu” Claypot Chicken (Rm 11 per portion)
Love the kampong chicken pieces that are coated with dark caramelized soy sauce and fragrance with the Hua Diao Chinese rice wine. Gimme more rice please!

And also this soothing drink for the hot day.

Bill came at around Rm 40++ for the 3 of us. Pretty reasonable for the decent meal like this. Kien Kee serves chicken rice wine soup (黄酒鸡) too, do order if you are a fan of it.
