Flour + Water
Located in TTDI, Flour + Water is a new concept branch to the sister café A Paris Bakehouse that is nestled in Bandar Sri Damansara; this cafe offers not just pastries, baked goods and desserts from A Paris Bakehouse, but also serving heartwarming brunch plates, delightful main meals from the kitchen.
Flour + Water is filled with a touch of autumn vibe, dressed in rich brown, deep orangey shade and warm earthy tone against the industrial-liked setting, very cosy and the scent baked goods are very inviting.
Here is my compilation on a few visits some time ago; some dishes may still be on the menu while some may have changed.

And of course what we must have are some freshly baked pastries from A Paris Bakehouse. Croissant, Almond Croissant, Pain Au Chocolat, Weekend Citron, Garlic Tomato Danish are my top favourites. Sometimes I am in the mood for Kouign-Amann.

Big Breakfast (Rm 38)
Delightful breakfast plate to start the day: Sunny side up, beef bacon, baked potatoes, sautéed mushroom, roasted cherry tomatoes, toasted sourdough and side with leafy greens.
Egg Benedict
Caramelized Onion Beef Bacon Sandwich (Rm 28)
Very hearty toasted sourdough with beef bacon, caramelized onion, cheddar cheese and side with leafy fresh greens.
Garlic Prawn (Rm 28)
Prawn cooked in chili garlic oil.
Roasted Corn Ribs (Rm 17)
Sweet corn ribs with spiced seasonings and served with Sriracha mayo on the side. Sweet and savoury, it’s kinda addictive.
Roasted Cauliflower (Rm 17)
Spiced cauliflower florets, served with cream cheese mornay.
Wild Truffle Pasta (Rm 38)
Creamy truffle linguine pasta dosed in with lots of crispy beef bacon and shimeji mushroom. Very aromatic truffle scent in the gooey madness pasta.
Fried Chicken on Sourdough (Rm 28)
Smoked Duck Olio
Linguine cooked in garlic-chili oil with buttery end, topped with lots of sliced smoked duck and crispy garlic chips.
Double Cheese Burger
Perfectly grilled beef patties, topped with cheddar slice, caramelized onion, leafy green, and pickles on toasted brioche bun; and served with skin on fries on the side. Another favourite of mine! That beef patties was grilled to perfection, brioche bun was fluffy and the whole combination was just too delicious!
Halibut Fish Bagel
Thick cut of fish fillet sandwiched in between the crusty bagel bun, side with chips. Oh… I really love this with all the crusty, fluffy texture in one combo and paired with my favourite fries!
Lamb Burger (Rm 34)
Homemade lamb patties topped with cheddar slice, arugula, berry jam on toasted brioche bun; and served with Skin on Fries on the side.
Tiramisu
Always the perfect sweet ending!~
