When I thought the burger scene in KL has come close to a full stop… but nope because there is one new brand pop out in TTDI!
A new burger place that is sharing the same premise with llaollao, with a stand-out playful neon rainbow wall inside the premise; offering a series of beef and chicken burger, wrap and fried finger food like fried chicken and fried potato balls.
We were here on the New Year with the New Year gang and so we decided to go lux with a Wagyu (Rm 48), packed with 150g Wagyu Beef, foie gras, sautéed mushroom, truffle aioli. It was pretty juicy and aromatic, when you have the beef and foie gras and the truffle aioli all at one go.
The burger came with fries too, but that night the fries was OOS, and so they replaced the fries with Pebble Pops
Mozzarella cheese (Rm 22)
Beef patty, mozzarella, garlic aioli, spicy cocktail sauce
Oh boy, this was pretty beefy, pairing well with the savoury mozzarella cheese and the special sauce. We prefer this to the wagyu one.
The Classic Burger (Rm 14.9)
Fried chicken, signature 3-way sauce, cheddar, pickle, onions.
Signature Chicken Wrap (Rm 14.9)
Fried chicken, ranch sauce, duck bacon, gherkin, cheddar
Both chicken burger and chicken wrap were a let-down as both were made very salty and we could hardly finish them.
Pebble Pops in Bacon and Cheese (Rm 11)
Something to munch on while waiting for the burger to come! Drenched with cheese and dosed with bacon bits, wish there were more cheese sauce!
