1. Featured in some magazines
2. Plates for you put place the bones (so that you won’t mess up the table while dining)
3. Place your order using this. (If you don’t understand Chinese or dunno how to order, do get some helps from the friendly boss)
4. Lady boss preparing the food in the open kitchen.

Century egg with homemade ginger 溏心皮蛋 (HKD 11) – with silky and lil’ sticky runny egg yolk. Looking tempting, isn’t it? and this is best eaten with the homemade ginger. Slurrrp! This one was so yummy!!!

Meat Dumplings 鲁肉饺 (HKD 33)
The well flavoured minced meat was enclosed in the thin dumpling skin; garnished with lots of “har zi” (dried prawn sprinkles). and under these dumplings were layered with lettuces. This one was super yummy too!

Che Zai Min” (Little Cart Noodles) 招徕打杂面 (HKD 35)
Honestly, we were quite shock with this. @@
Filled with a lot of ingredients, such as homemade fish balls, intestines, meat balls, cheese sausages, fish slices, squids, chicken wings, radish…. and beneath these ingredients were the bouncy egg noodles. The radishes in this bowl of noodles were soft and flavoured with the essence from the soup. What’s more I could say?! This was superb!!! Great for sharing too as the portion is really big.

The boss is very nice and friendly. He knew that were were not local; and wished to try out different flavours; he gave us these: beef soup on the left and satay sauce on the right. The satay sauce was kinda different from what we have over here. It was smoother, hotter and fragrant with chilies and spices.

Hawthorn tea 山楂金丝蜜枣茶 (HKD 8) – sweet and sourish tea that helps in digesting what we had for lunch.

and so, we started our planned journey after filling our tummies…….
