Fung Shing Restaurant @ North Point, HK
Yum Zhou Cha (literally translate into “drink tea”) is what one must do when travelling in Hong Kong. And during our visit in HK, we followed what the Hong Kies always do.
Here we were in Fung Shing Restaurant, we Yum Cha and had some steamed dim sum *minus the newspaper* and chit-chatted for the whole morning!
Fill in the menu slip (listed with a variety of dim sum) and you will be served shortly. We were able to enjoy the dim sum at a cheaper rate (priced at HKD 12 which is about RM 4.80 per portion) as Fung Shing was running the promotion on all small and medium sized dim sum that time; way so cheaper than some of our dim sum place in KL!
Ma Lai Kou 马来糕 was superb! Served warm; very light and fluffy.
Char Siu Pastry 叉烧酥 was loaded with juicy cha siu filling, and the pastry layer was very buttery
Beancurd Roll with Superior Soup 高汤鲜竹卷
Har Gao 虾饺.
Fen Guo 粉果.
Siu Mai 烧卖
Steamed Milk Pudding

Do you think our dim sum is nicer than dim sum in HK?
haven’t been but the dimsum and desserts look tantalizing!!
