Hidden at a quieter corner end in Taman Tun’s neighbourhood, Hakurin offers a casual contemporary dining experience, serving modern Japanese dishes as well as yakitori. Their grilled dishes are grilled using bichotan charcoal, to give an aromatic smokiness to the dish.
We were actually here for their happy hour, thanks to kampungboycitygal for the information! From 4pm to 7pm, they offer selected drinks at only Rm 12! Red wine, white wine, gin, beer, sake, vodka… at Rm 12!!! And we had a few glasses of red and white wine. Wanna order sake but… it is out of stock! How can a Japanese dining place sold out sake?! That’s a little sad.
