KANAZAWA: Kushi Sakaba Daisho
It was a cold, rainy evening when we were hunting for dinner in Kanazawa. However, every restaurant we went to didn’t accept walk-ins. We walked from the station through several streets, but every place required reservations. Eventually, we stumbled upon this standing yakitori bar, and they welcomed us in with the warmest hospitality.

That night, I think we ordered almost everything on the menu. The draft beer was sweet and refreshing, and every dish was incredibly comforting, and price was affordable too. It ended up being the warmest meal we had throughout the whole trip — LOL.
