Prosperity Salmon Yee Sang
Beautifully decorated in a garden theme, with “blooming” fresh salmon as the “flowers” and the other condiments as the “fertilizer” and “soil”, symbolizing the spring is here. Such a lovely piece of art. There are other choices such as tuna or abalone for the prosperity toss.
蟹子烧卖. 发财蚝鼓. 脆皮网卷
Steamed Siew Mai with Crab Meat
Steamed Oyster with Sea Moss Deep-fried meat and Minced Prawn Roll
Love these trios of delicate dim sum especially the siew mai which was bursting with flavours! Every dish has its auspicious meaning. Just like this one there are “oyster” and “sea moss”, symbolizing good luck and wishing everyone make a fortune! The crafty team also crafted out the puppy pulling a ton of gold, you will definitely have more good lucks with this. How cute!
Double-Boiled Chicken Soup with abalone and Mushroom
A tummy warmer for the rainy day and it had all the essence in it.
Steamed Bamboo Fish with Sliced Chinese Ham
Neatly arranged and layered with fresh bamboo fish fillet, the aromatic mushrooms and Chinese ham.
Li Yen Special Roasted Chicken
With extra crispiness on its skin! Love it!
Stir-fried Prawns with Chilli Paste
I wanna scream… please gimme a bowl of white rice! The sauce was very appetizing that I can finish it off with some rice.
Steamed Clay Pot Rice with Chinese Waxed Meat
A traditional dish that we must have during the Chinese New Year, cooked with premium Chinese sausage airflown in from Hong Kong and 45minutes preparation time is required for this dish. It was a rich a flavourful tummy filler with the sauces of the meat infused into the rice.
