Snow Skin Heavenly Gold 冰皮猫山王
The forever best seller and also Malaysians’ favourite; using only fresh premium pure Musang King Durian, enveloped by a very fine and delicate layer of snow skin. I am truly not a fan of durian, but I am seriously hooked on this. And honestly, this was my second time on durian, after the one I had last year. Too good!
A new signature from Hilton KL, dressed up vibrantly in simmering ruby, stylish yet elegant. It was tangy, sourish and bits of crunchy texture in between. The chef has amazingly blended the traditional lotus paste with the Roselle.
My all-time favourite.
