Situated at the VERVE shop, sharing the same row with B Lab, La Casa is a casual restaurant that filled with cheerful vibe and cosy atmosphere, offering comfort food that suits everyone. Pizza, pasta, salad, sandwich and mains… there are a lot of choices to choose from.
I have been here for a few times. Enjoyed my lunch with the bffs and ended up with pretty pastries that were we all couldn’t resist, over a cup of coffee. Simple adore the cosy ambiance it offers.

A pretty exciting platter, laid with an array of all the best La Casa has to offer, this set comes with Smoked Barbeque Chicken Wings, Turkey Chorizo with Brie & Smoked Duck with Goat Cheese Pesto which are stronger in flavours; Fresh Tomato Confit, Soft Roasted Capsicum & Tuna with Smoked Olive which are lighter; Tatatouille with Gruyere, Strawberry Raisin Couscous Salad & Grilled Italian Sausage with Sweet honeydew on a bed of Mashed Potatoes; finally completed with Light Rocket Salad and Crispy Bread
And the special Orange, Lime and Mint Soda for 2.
Big Boy Special is available from 13th June till 24th June; 6pm onwards. Priced at Rm 68!

Creamy Garlic Truffle Beef Fettuccine (Rm 32)
Beef strips, celery and rocket in creamy garlic truffle sauce.
Ohhh myyy, love the truffle scent in this pasta dish. Too aromatic and I kept sniffing the truffle scent. On the palate, you can taste the truffle scent on each strand of pasta; accompanied with the tender beef strips and garlicky creamy texture. So much yum!
Duck Confit (Rm 22)
Pan-fried to crispy and golden brown, served with sautéed potatoes, apple and orange salad.
Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and richly flavoured, presented in a fine pleasant way.
Black Pepper Steak (Rm 58)
Cha-grilled steak served with potato gratin and roasted vegetables. We had it medium rare and it was made to our preference. It was made just nice; with the juices of beef trapped inside the protein pockets.
Baked Fish Papillote (Rm 48)
Seasonal fish fillet, assorted seafood, white wine baked in seafood tomato broth
Gimme all the bread please, to soak up the seafood broth that was heavily laden with essence from the sea. We fancied this a lot and asked for extra helpings of bread even though we were quite full already.
Chargrill Sausage (Rm 38)
Assortment of homemade chicken, spicy Italian chicken and beef sausages; served with mashed potato and grilled honeydew melon. Would be more delighted with the melon was sweeter to go with the savoury sausages.
Pizza La Casa (Rm 34)
Crips turkey bacon, smoked duck, sun dried tomato, mushrooms, pineapple, pesto sauce, tomato & mozzarella.
Never leave without trying La Casa’s signature pizza. Topped with lots of ingredients on the fluffy crispy crust, the melted cheese just did a perfect job buy joining every ingredient together.
