My Burger Lab needs no further elaboration, I guess. Many of you may have heard about the long queue for the burgers, the black black buns, the juicy patties that sandwiched in between the black buns…
Created by three young men as a team, their mission is to share a simple decent juicy burger with the public. They construct the experimental lab for burger, making everything from scratch, presenting the results at the affordable price. And… the results draw the patrons over.
Yes, the long queue.
On the Sunday evening, the long queue, before the opening hours.
Stepping in, the pretty interesting lab menu on the wall. Their menu changes all the time. If you are adventurous, you could opt for the today’s special such as stink bomb (that Sunday) that consists of sambal petai, pineapple, cheddar cheese and etc.
Pretty patties were lining up before being pan-grilled.
Say Cheese (Rm 11)
Sandwiched in between their soft fluffy homemade black charcoal buns were the Sharp cheddar, smashed succulent beef patties, oven roasted cherry tomatoes, lettuce. The BFFs told me it was super juicy.
The chicken version of Say Cheese (Rm 11) came with grilled chicken instead of beef and with the other same ingredients as the one earlier.
A+ Burger (Rm 15)
My order came with sharp cheddar, caramelized onions, shiitake and enoki mushrooms. Love the chemistry balance of sweet and juiciness as a whole. Definitely give it an A+ to this.
Top up Rm 6 to make it as a set. You will get a serving Awesome fries that comes coated with rosemary herbs and a bottomless drink.
