The Mill Café is now introducing this brand new dining concept in their a la carte buffet dinner. Their aim is to minimise the food wastage! What a brilliant idea! Food is cooked upon order by chef, and you will get fresh and piping hot servings of food straight to your table; at the same time it is able to cut down the unfinished food that will always end up in the bin.

What you need to do, you just grab the pin from your table; drop it at the container in front of the real food display to order your dish. Then, just sit back and relax to wait for the food to be delivered to your table. As simple as that!

Get ready to be spoiled with over 60 international and Asian delights available. There are also some salad spread, cold seafood such as scallop, prawns, mussels, fruits and rojak available on the counter.

Indian delights are something not to be missed here. There are butter chicken masala, palak paneer, lamb kebab, biryani rice, chicken tandoori, naan and poppadum with mint chutney. These are led by the Indian food specialist chef Makhan Singh from New Delhi who uses a lot of Indian spices in his recipe.

Love max on their tandoori chicken which was really moist and tender and flavourful, great pairing up with the naan and poppadum available.

While the French section is led by Executive Chef, Laurent Lherisson who hails from a small town of Nice in France; do get ready for his garlic prawn, rib eye steak with mushroom and truffle sauce, duck confit on braised red cabbage and apple, seared slipper lobster, beef stew with Dijon mustard, mussel “Mariniere” with french fries and more.
