A Thai Dining takeover by Err by Bo.lan, led by Michelin-starred chefs Bo and Dylan from Bo.lan, Bangkok is taking place here in Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur from now until 30 November 2025. This collaboration brings the spirit of Thai street food to Kuala Lumpur, highlighting bold flavours and a refined dining experience.
This takeover features the small plates, refreshing salads, charcoal grilled specialties, hearty soups and curries, and a series of aromatic wok fried. The menu blends bold Thai flavours with a few Asian influences, featuring both classic favourites and new innovative creations. Available for both lunch and dinner; I must say the dishes here are priced very affordable with a la carte prices starting from RM 28 per dish!
Lunch set is available too, at only RM 130 nett for 2 people; where you can pick any FOUR dishes from the menu. Yes, you read it, any four dishes from their two pages menu. The Lunch set is also come with Jasmine rice and unlimited refills of Kombucha with 2 flavours to choose – Lime and Lemongrass with chili and Pineapple with Thai Basil flavours, special curated by Malaysian kombucha brand WonderBrew.

Cameron highlands white corn, fermented fish, shrimp paste salad
Fiery, hot and addictive! Seriously addictive that I couldn’t stop. LOL. The sweetness of the white corn complemented well with the fiery kick chili. Until the end, I still scooped up the corn and have it layered with the raw cabbage.
Bik Gai Hat Yai (RM 38)
Tea-brined chicken wing, crispy fried shallot, garlic powder
Southern Thai style fried chicken, very well-seasoned and deep fried into perfection. I like munching this with the Tum Khao Poat for an extra fiery kick!
Pad Grapaow Nuea (RM 48)
Stir-fried beef, fried cage-free egg, holy basil, garlic, chili
Must order this if you are okay with beef! Filled with wok hei and very well spiced! More rice please!
Geng Kiow Waan Gai (RM 48)
Thai green curry with chicken and all its best bits with assorted aubergines, coconut palm heart, coconut cream and Thai basil
I love its curry gravy to drench over my rice! Simply aromatic!
Satay Gai (RM 48)
Marinated chicken skewer, toasted brioche, cucumber relish, peanut sauce.
This version of marinated chicken skewer is a little fused with our local satay, served with nutty peanut sauce and refreshing cucumber relish.
