If I have to pick one, this has to be my favourite among all! It is an unusual mont blanc, not something I have come across. Chestnut, raspberry and rose jelly, this combo goes so well all together! It is mellow-y and smooth, elegantly coated with mascarpone whipped ganache and dressed in white snowy yet dreamy cocoa butter coating! Such an elegant piece!

Dark Chocolate Mousse, Cherry Jelly, Vanilla Cream, Chocolate Sponge, Pitted Cherry and Dark Chocolate Coating
Rich and chocolaty! I love it! You guys gotta check this out if you are a big fan of black forest cake. It brought back those memories on my birthdays when I was a kid.

Cacao Barry Dark Chocolate Mousse with Sea Salt, Almond Crunch, Dark Chocolate Cake and Chocolate Ganache
Another favourite of mine also the must have for Christmas! This is quite special as it was hinted with the saltiness in the dark chocolate mousse and layered with textures from the almond crunch and chocolate cake. Plus, it is really cute!
