Have you try celebrating Chinese New Year (CNY) in a foreign country?!
I know most of you will say yes! But what about in a country where CNY is not the celebration for the majorities?

Last year’s CNY, I was with my family; on a history-lecture holiday as well as a beach holiday in Thailand. That’s the Kanchanaburi and Hua Hin of Thailand. For full itinerary of Kanchanaburi, Hua Hin & Bangkok, click HERE!

We had 2-nights-stayed in Courtyard Marriott, at Cha’ am Beach; a four start resort hotel with the ranking at number 7 out of the 45 hotels in Cha’ am on Tripadvisor. We booked it online at half price (Yay!!!) and we were so lucky to have our rooms facing the azure blue sea. The rooms were accommodated with balconies; a perfecto little area to watch the stunning sunrise.

When you are travelling in Hua Hin, Thailand, you will find a lot of this sign standing along the road. No matter where you go, you will find this; along the road, or in the postcard, or even made as souvenirs (just like the small tiny one behind this large sign)

Wonder Why?

One of the famous attractions in Hua Hin is the railway station and it is actually the sign of train station in Hua Hin.

The train station is built in the reign of King Rama VI. It is a wooden building with Thai concept and painted brightly in yellow and red.
