It has been a while since I last entered to a cooking studio for event and activities. Okay, the truth is, I have not stepped into the kitchen for quite some times. LOL. This round I had my brother with me to hop on the cooking journey. Thank you for the opportunity to join this “Meet and Greet” session hosted by the popular brands Chefology and McCormick in The Cooking House Bangsar last few days.

I must say McCormick Sea Salt Grinder and McCormick Black Peppercorn Grinder are super awesome where you can adjust the coarseness with 3 different grind setting from fine to coarse. While McCormick Grill Mates BBQ Sauce adds an authentic American barbecue flavour to the recipe; there are 3 flavours available in the market namely Vintage Smokehouse, Brown Sugar and Chili and Pepper. We learnt that the sauce is great to be used as sauce, dipping, marinade and glaze!

It’s our turn to take part in the “competition” – Bloggers Cook Off.
There were recipes for us to follow but we were allowed to add in creativity to come up with surprises!

Partnered with Chris from Broughtup2Share and we made the lip-smacking Cheesy Black Pepper Chicken Salad and Basil Crepes with Caramelized Bananas using the latest Chefology Nature cookware with touches of McCormick herbs and spices.
