Tom Yum Seafood with New Zealand Greenshell Mussels
What you need are:
New Zealand Greenshell Mussels
Prawn shell (optional) – to make prawn broth
1 packet of tom yum paste
What you need to do:
1. Stir fry the prawn shells with a little bit of oil until fragrant. Add water and boil to make the prawn broth. Remove the prawn shells
2. Add in the lemongrass, lime leaves and the packet of tom yum paste and bring to boil.
3. Add in the squids, mussels and finally fish slices.
4. Season to taste.
5. Garnish with Chinese parsley before serve.
