Managed by the young team, and am pretty sure they are truly the pork lovers. The menu from front to the last page are all about pork (except the desserts and beverages lar!). Not sure which to choose, go for their signatures like pork steaks, pork trotter salad and the pork burger!
Chunky Mushroom Soup (Rm 12)
Loaded with a variety of mushroom bits, it was creamy and definitely a great tummy warmer before the mains.
Crispy Pork Trotter Salad (Rm 21)
Deep fried pork trotter slices served with roasted peanuts and mixed lollo lettuce tossed with Thai dressing. Muahahaha, this is so my dish. Deep fried pork trotter was bursting with flavours, crunchy and fragrant.
Up The Ante Pork Burger (Rm 35)
Huge burger it is! With Ante’s special pork patty, wrapped in prime cuts of bacon strips, along with fresh lettuce, tomato, onions, sauteed mushroom, an egg with a runny-yolk sandwiched in between raisin buns! I love their raisin buns the most, fluffy soft with sweet raisin bits, not the ordinary bun that elsewhere served. However, the patty was on a drier side. If only it could be done juicier. That would be great!
One of the good pork patties would be this one on my previous visit.
Ante Pork Burger (Rm 28)
Another version of burger which comes slightly shorter than Up The Ante Pork Burger.
Lightly seasoned pork patty, sautéed mushrooms, crisp lettuce and melted mozzarella cheese in a wheat bun.
Duck Pesto (Rm 28)
Fatty duck slices on a bed of pasta that was done in an al dente way, finished with basil pesto sauce.
Thin Crust Pizza: Signature Chorizo & Bacon (Rm 27)
The all time favourite pizza in Ante, with generous amounts of chorizo, bacon, tomato puree and heaps of cheese. Not everywhere we can get porky pizza, so Yay for pork pizza!

Char-grilled Pork Steak (Rm 42 – thicker slice)
The signature pork chop with berry cream sauce and served with mashed potatoes and baked apple.
Claimed to be juicier than the thinner slices, but we found that it was tough and really need a lot of cheek muscle to run through them. I love the sourish baked green apple to go along with every cuts of the pork chop; appetizing!
Char-grilled Pork Steak (Rm 33)
I actually came here twice, and on my previous visit, I’d ordered this Thinner slice pork steak that. And yes, the thicker slice could be juicier, but then the thinner slice one is easier to go on.
Ante Ceasar Salad (Rm 18)
Fresh, crisp romaine lettuce, minced bacon, eggs, parmesan cheese, tossed in the house-made dressing, finished with parsley and croutons on top.
Volcano Sacrifice (Rm 30)
Grilled lean pork slices, served with Ante’s special “volcanic” spicy sauce, flowing off a mountain of mashed potatoes.

By the night, we hopped over to Coffee Stain for Christine’s Birthday celebration together with kampungboycitygal and AJ couple.

Not enough pork! They should theme their desserts around pork too! Like bacon ice cream (I’ve watched food network clips about it but never had a chance to try T_T) 😀
