How was the Father’s day celebration last week?! Dining out or prepared some yummy home-cooked dishes for your parents?! Well, as I do not know how to cook *aiks*, we chose to dine in a Chinese restaurant that serves delicious zhu char dishes.

Started off with 芭蕉三鲜 (RM25). It was a very addictive! Petai and three types of fresh from the sea – sotong (squid), prawns and fish stir-fry in appetizing sourish; the taste was very similar to Assam sambal. One could have few bowls of rice with just the sauce alone. and Rm 25 for this Portion, it was well worth every cent spent.

四季飘香 (RM 12)
Ohhlala, filled with wok hei and I fancied the huge crunchy ikan bilis tossed in!

蹄根炆骨 (RM 28)
Okay, I have problem in translating this. It was actually the braised 猪脚根 (pork cartilages?) and pork ribs in Claypot. Very gelatinous 猪脚根, good for the skin too.

And the star of the day – Crab with Coconut Gravy 椰汁蟹 (RM 112)
We were told that the crabs were very fresh and huge! Yes, no doubt, they were really huge, fat, juicy and indeed very fresh. Had them made in Little Xigong’s signature – with coconut gravy. Thick, creamy-licious coconut gravy, with dashes of hot chili oil; kindly forget about how artery-clogging it is and go along with the mantou (bun). You gotta love it.

Sexy-licious…

Their other chef recommendations are such as Curry Fish Head, pork trotters, steam prawns with egg white and garlic bits… I heard that the Curry Fish Head is always selling fast, if you wish to try it out, you could always call up and make reservation.

Revisits??? I would Never say No to here!
